Product & Compliance
Yes. Every grade ships with a full English MSDS aligned to GHS, plus CAS, COA and customs invoice. REACH and SGS documents are available for European and worldwide audits.
Samples are typically 300–1000 g and dispatched via international courier. Freight is invoiced and refunded against the first formal order.
Absolutely. Share the tailings analysis, target compressive strength and slurry concentration. Our R&D team returns a tuned recipe within 5–7 working days.
Orders & Logistics
MOQ depends on packaging: from 1 t (jumbo bag) for trial orders up to 25 t per 20'GP container for project shipments.
Production: 7–15 days after deposit. Sea freight: Southeast Asia 7–15 days, Middle East 18–25 days, Europe / Africa 25–40 days, Latin America 30–45 days.
FOB, CIF, CFR and EXW. We coordinate booking, B/L issuance and shipping documents through our mature forwarder network.
We provide full export documentation and a dedicated specialist to support your customs broker. We do not promise that goods will clear — destination clearance remains the importer's responsibility.
Payment & After-Sales
T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against B/L copy is standard. L/C at sight is supported for large project orders.
Keep in a dry, ventilated warehouse below 30°C, off the ground, away from acids and moisture. Shelf life is typically 12 months in sealed original packaging.
Yes. We offer remote video support and, for major projects, can dispatch a technical engineer for mixing, pumping and curing guidance.
